This rare, handcrafted Mugolio is made with wild-foraged green Scots pine cones, just like the classic — but with a carefully balanced infusion of fresh lemon, orange, lime, and apple. The result? A lighter, tangier syrup with bright citrus notes, soft forest sweetness, and a rich, complex finish.Unlike our original traditional recipe Mugolio, our new 'Summer Citrus' edition is made with a more balanced approach, relying on pectin-rich fruits to naturally thicken and sweeten — keeping the sugar content lower than the traditional recipe, whilst preserving the rich flavour. It’s subtly tart, and absolutely bursting with fresh woodland energy.
