We are an ethos combined with a vision- a small organisation with big dreams!

After quitting the rat race, we’ve both spent years travelling, mostly by volunteering in return for a bed and food. Over time we’ve gathered a wealth of knowledge surrounding herbal and alternative medicine, communal living, work exchanges, and all the skills you would expect from working in many different situations, from agriculture to construction, and with many different people.

Having spent so long travelling and meeting different people with alternative ways of thinking and living, we have seen what works best and what doesn’t. Unfortunately, we live in a world where greed is real, and “volunteering” or “community living” situations are often being taken advantage of for personal gain.

This is where we hope to make a difference. We aim to take things back to how it should be, just doing good things for the sake of doing good things!

Our shop is just the first stage of the plan, which is to build a business that offers top quality health & wellness products as affordably and sustainably as possible. This business will include not only our online store, but also pop up stalls in farmers markets, festivals and alternative living gatherings, and eventually we hope, a ‘KindRoots Kitchen’ food stall predicated on the same ethos, high quality, home grown or locally sourced food that’s super nutritious, and super tasty!

And after all that, we hope to purchase our own land in order to grow food for the local community, as well as hosting volunteers, holding exciting community events, and offering a space to reconnect with nature- that’s accessible to all!
