Hi, I'm Paul!
I’m based in good old Yorkshire and I've been green woodworking since 2022 after a taster session with a great craftsman.
I use axes and knives to carve spoons, spreaders, spatulas, scoops, and honey dippers. I use fresh green wood from storm damaged trees or trees that were cut for maintenance.
I don’t really do this for profit, just for the love of the craft. Occasionally I leave freebies in the places I visit, or sometimes I’ll send them to my supporters to leave around in random places, in the aim that it might just inspire someone to give it a go themselves!

Our Story
Paul is such a lovely human being and he takes great pride in his passion. You’ll often find him at our events whittling away, adding to his collection. He recently made us some stunning honey spinners and we love them!
He’s been coming to our events from the start and we always appreciate his presence. Big love Paul!
